4 Complete 8-Frame Langstroth Hive Setups
Each hive includes two deeps, two supers, frames (deep frames are roughly 90% drawn out while super frames are about 10% drawn out), an inner cover, an outer cover, an entrance reducer, and a bottom board.
- Hive #1 Purple Hive: Painted finish, solid bottom board. ($200)
- Hive #2 Yellow Hive: Painted finish, solid bottom board. ($200)
- Hive #3 White Hive: Painted and wax dipped combo finish, screened bottom board. ($200)
- Hive #4 Wooden Hive (Includes Live Colony): Wax-dipped finish, solid bottom board. ($400)
- The Bees: A colony that has successfully overwintered twice. They produced “big time” all summer (reaching two double deeps and three supers), though we struggled with hive beetles late in the season due to being located in the shade. I am unsure of their current size or state, but have seen them flying multiple times this year and they currently have access to feed.
